Extremely pleased with the outcome.
We needed to replace our 20 year old linoleum flooring and upon looking at many providers, we were impressed with Buckingham Flooring staff and their knowledge of the product options and sense of design style. Robyn and Laura guided us with their experience and taste in selecting the right product We finally decided on porcelain tile for our kitchen and laundry room.
We had to wait a while to schedule the installation since they are very much in demand. The primary installation team, Mike and Nate did a professional and quality job in removing the old flooring, putting in new subflooring, and finally setting the 24 x 12 inch porcelain tiles. They had other workers as needed to keep the project moving and on schedule. They accommodated our need for a smooth transition from the tile to the existing wood and carpet surfaces that surrounded the tiled areas. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome. We love our new floor and can’t say enough positive about the workmanship of the installation and sales team.

Extensive Knowledge.
Buckingham Floor and Bath has remodeled our master bath and entire main level flooring with hardwood and tile. The work was top quality with fair pricing! The owners, Jason and Laura, and all staff are very helpful with the selection process! They have extensive knowledge of the many product options. Highly recommend
Buckingham Floors installed 2 bathrooms, kitchen tile floors with radiant heat, backsplash, family tile floor with radiant heat, dining room chandelier and sunroom floor with radiant heat in my home. They provide quality workmanship and stand by their customers. When my chandelier broke, Laura had Mike come to my house the day I called. Mike took the broken piece, repaired it and put it back in good working order the next day. The chandelier was installed over a year ago and they still responded very quickly. You don't find many companies who do that. I would highly recommend Buckingham Floors.

Attention to detail
Buckingham Floor and Bath Custom home just completed our Master Bath remodel. They installed Carrara marble throughout with new cabinetry including tower cabinets. They did an incredible job. The workmanship, attention to detail, ease of communication and willingness to please the client throughout the entire process made it truly a pleasure. Integrity, honesty and compassion
I waited to write this review until I had lived with my renovation for a few months and I am glad I did. Looking back even with my first interaction with Buckingham Floor & Bath's location in Buckingham was just awesome. I walked into their show room even before they had opened and looked around and had picked most all the components to my renovation in about 30 minutes not even knowing they were not open for business yet. Then somebody popped up surprised by my not expected pre-open visit and still was gracious enough to still help me with scheduling my first consultation and visit. Later I found out the person I first came into contact was Laura one of the co-owners who scheduled my meeting with the other owner her husband Jason. She proceeded to tell me how it was a family owned business (a big plus for me being family owned, local and a small business) and that her husband was the contractor and their son was also a part of the company. I had a great feeling about the whole business model from the very start. I could go on and on about the whole staff even Jason Sr.'s mother was so so lovely but I have to tell you now about my beautiful bathroom renovation.
I updated my bathroom from a 90's bathroom (not a nice bathroom) to a very eclectic, modern, contemporary, traditional type of me bathroom. It is a hodgepodge of my style and it is beautiful!
Both Jason I and II were so professional and good at what they do. They managed to renovate the bathroom in a way I would do if only I new how to even screw a screw into a wall correctly. When I told Jason on my initial consultation how I wanted to design my bathroom it was like we were on the same page instantly. My design experience with Jason and Laura in their showroom was seamless. Buckingham Floor and Bath's selection of items are up to date and not the stale dated materials you might find in a box store. Their showroom is so organized so upon selecting my materials their execution of installation of my goodies/materials were right on par.
Most of my renovation happened during my vacation and for some reason I did not worry at all. I knew my reno was being taken care of at home so I was able to enjoy my time off without worry. My experience with the crew which is an important part of a renovation was outstanding. Everyone was very courteous, responsible, clean/tidy, professional and if it is possible or ok to say honest. The crew always worked daily full days as promised and my renovation was completed on a timely basis. If there were any so called "hiccups" it was because of changes or additions I made or wanted during the course but they came through and added or corrected everything in such a professional manner.
I think everyone should take a look into this company as it stands for integrity, honesty and compassion in working with you and with their own staff which is very important these days.

Polite, professional
From start to finish it all went well. workers certainly knew what they were doing took up old carpeting, prepped the subfloor laid down the new wood floor to match up with the master bedroom floor replaced all the floor molding the job was excellent...no seams where floors meet... looks like the hallway wood floor was always there clean up was excellent, very polite workers and very professional would hire again.

Real craftsmanship and quality
From sales through installation, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We got what we paid for. Real craftsmanship and quality. The flooring and trim was cut to perfect fits everywhere. One problem came up that was not their fault, but a lack of communication to them. they came right out and made it right after the job was done and they had been paid anyhow. Each crew member introduced themselves the first time you'd meet them. When they ripped up the old flooring and tile, they kept the site very clean.

Will use again!
Buckingham Floor was recommended to us by several neighbors who also had their master bathrooms redone. We were extremely happy with the outcome of our bathroom. They were very professional, always on time and extremely helpful in helping us create the actual redesign. They pretty much stuck to their original timeline for completing the project and even started us earlier than agreed upon (which we were very happy about). I would highly recommend them to others in my area and we plan on using them again for a future hall bathroom project.

Truly Beautiful
This company was wonderful. Jay, Laura and their team do beautiful work. They put in hardwood floors throughout our first floor- and because of their beautiful work, we had Jay redo the outside of our fireplace, the back splash in our kitchen as well as add some molding to our entry way. Truly beautiful. Jay and Laura are extremely talented, responsible and just really good people. If you find them and then hire them, consider yourself lucky!
